Dr Sue Olney is a Public Policy Research Fellow in the Melbourne Disability Institute at the University of Melbourne, and a Visiting Fellow in the Public Service Research Group at UNSW Canberra. Her research examines how the design and delivery of social services affect marginalised citizens and communities, with a focus on welfare-to-work, employment and disability services. Sue has also worked in government and the not-for-profit sector.
