How do I set up my profile?
Log into the virtual event platform, click the box with your initials on the top right menu, and select 'Edit Profile'.

I can't remember my password - what do I do?
Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on the login page to be emailed with a link to reset it. Alternatively, click the blue chat bubble to seek assistance from the Arinex support team.

Will I need to download specific software or an app?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for this platform. If you typically use another browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari, please download Chrome prior to the event.

What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop that has good speakers. Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop.

Do I need a microphone or camera to participate with the live stream?
No. Interaction is via the chat and question functions.

How do I watch a live session?
Click 'Watch Live' on the day, which will be located in the top banner.

 

How do I submit a question to the speaker during a session?
Underneath the live stream window there will be an "Ask A Question" button where you can submit any questions to the presenter during their presentation.
Please ensure you select the applicable presentation name from the drop-down list prior to clicking submit.
